Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of www.vysible.ai and the Vysible service ("Vysible," "we," "us"). By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. What Vysible is

Vysible is a done-for-you AI visibility service for businesses. We claim, verify, and manage business directory listings; audit data consistency across platforms; provide schema markup; and report your visibility across AI platforms in a monthly dashboard. The free AI Visibility Scan checks how AI platforms currently respond to queries relevant to your business.

2. What we don't promise

We do not and cannot guarantee that any AI platform will recommend your business, rank you in any position, or send you any particular volume of customers. AI platforms are operated by third parties and change constantly. What we promise is the work: the listings, audits, markup, monitoring, and reporting described on our site, performed diligently. Visibility outcomes shown on our site (including dashboards and before/after illustrations) are illustrative examples, not guarantees.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans: $497/month, or $4,970/year ($414/month equivalent), billed through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
You authorize us to submit your business information to directories, data aggregators, and related platforms — that is the service.
You must provide accurate business information; we're not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information you supply.

4. Cancellation & refunds

Cancel anytime — email hello@vysible.ai or use your Stripe receipt's management link. Cancellation stops future billing; the current period runs to its end.
Directory listings created during your subscription stay live after cancellation, but monitoring, audits, and score tracking stop.
Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or where we've clearly failed to perform the service — in which case email us and we'll make it right.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the site or the free scan to submit false information, scan businesses you don't represent for competitive harassment, probe or overload our systems, or resell our reports without permission. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone abusing it.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content, and our reports are ours; your business information remains yours. You may use reports we prepare for you freely within your business.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vysible's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions of third-party platforms (including AI platforms, directories, and aggregators).

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
