This policy explains what information Vysible.ai ("Vysible," "we," "us") collects when you use www.vysible.ai and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a free AI Visibility Scan or sign up as a customer, we collect what you submit: your business name, category, city, email address, and (optionally) website. When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Usage information. We use privacy-respecting web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, referrers, country, device type. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data.
Emails. If you email hello@vysible.ai, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.

How we use it

To run your AI Visibility Scan: your business name, category, and city are sent to AI platforms (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and Google) to check whether they recommend your business. Only those business details are sent — never your email.
To deliver your scan report and, if you subscribe, provide the ongoing service (directory listings, monitoring, and your monthly dashboard).
To respond to you, bill subscriptions through Stripe, and improve the site.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to operate: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (transactional email), and the AI platforms queried during scans (business details only, as described above). If you become a customer, your business information is submitted to business directories and data aggregators — that is the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Scan requests and reports are kept so we can follow up and, if you subscribe, establish your baseline. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it (e.g., billing records).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@vysible.ai — a human reads it and will act on it promptly. We don't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
